With time, we all tend to burden ourselves with unrealistic expectations upon one own self and the others around. But it’s important to recognize the fact that we are not superhuman beings. And because we are not superhuman beings we might not handle every situation that comes our way in an expected manner. There are some things we don’t know how to handle and it’s perfectly fine. In fact, we must accept our not knowing with ease. It’s not necessary that we should be able to handle everything.
To be aware of and accepting our not-knowing-all is one thing and to be able to act at our full potential is another thing. For this every one with exception is capable.
The challenging experiences, the struggles and then the pressure of expectation from oneself and from the people around tends to create pain and suffering as the constant experience. Such Sustained pain and suffering in longer run take away the spontaneity and our ability to act at full potential which in turn hammers the performance capacity at all the areas of life.
This course will be-friend you and gradually help you identify the clutter you have gathered and have been hanging out with. And as you identify one thing and then the other, the course supports to drop them gradually and more consciously. Now it’s important to see that ‘this something’ is not referred to the outer person or situation or thing, that something which will be dropped in the process will be something of you like a thought pattern or emotional disbalance, basically the unhealthy approach on any level creating and attracting undesired events in the life.
